General Information

The Enclave Community Association ("The Enclave") is a private, gated community comprised of 76 luxury single family homes located in Pacific Palisades California. The Enclave is nestled in the mountains of the Highlands and prides itself on its well-maintained landscape.

In addition to a three person Board of Directors, the community is also governed by an Architectural Review Committee. The Board and Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.

The Enclave maintains the gatehouse, surveillance equipment (on gates only), vehicle and pedestrian gates, streets, sidewalks, crib wall and common area landscape. The slopes above and outside the common area are the responsibility and maintained by The Summit. Please contact The Summit at (818) 576-9952 if the slopes are in need of attention (e.g. acacias need trimming, weeding or watering).

Trash Disposal: Please place your containers out for pick up the night before the scheduled day (usually Tuesday) and only in the designated location. Scheduled pick up is delayed one day if normal pick up days (Monday or Tuesday) falls on New Year’s Day, July 4, Labor Day, or Christmas. Your neighbors will appreciate it!
