Paint Schemes

EXTERIOR PAINT INFORMATION

The Villages Community Association Board of Directors has approved exterior paint colors for our Association. The approved colors can be viewed at Avalon's Temecula office or at the Dunn Edwards website. Please ensure you receive approval from the Committee prior to beginning your painting project. Architectural Applications can be downloaded here.

Refer to the Architectural Guidelines for further information regarding how to submit an application.

Dunn-Edwards Paint Schemes The Dunn-Edwards website now has Color-Ark ™, a color archive for the Villages Community Association.

It is a three step process on the Dunn-Edwards website please read before selecting the link below:

Step 1: Type in Temecula and Select CA from the drop down then press the “Submit” button. Do not press enter.
Step 2: Find Villages and click to select it.
Step 3: All the paint schemes are shown, you can view/download a pdf of a paint scheme and/or order paint chips directly from Dunn-Edwards.

If you are not selecting a a complete pre-approved paint scheme or you are mixing and matching colors, the Architectural Review Committee may request a rendering of your home with the colors you are requesting to paint your home. If the Architectural Review Committee is requesting a rendering, Dunn-Edwards provides up to three (3) courtesy renderings for you to be able to submit to the Association.
